Over the years we have designed many homes for developers to be later sold to individual homeowners. These have ranged from 2,000 to 6,500 square-foot houses in a variety of styles. Most of the developers we have worked with have marketed their houses to buyers with traditional tastes and our designs for these types of homes reflect this.
